I really like it. You have a very good sense of volume, design and appeal

Amazing drawing as always, you have a real knack for making these very expressive drawings.Β His right arm is bugging me though.Β It feels a bit too confined, you even had to make this awkward bend in his arm to avoid the tangent with his beard.Β Let your characters breath, don't be afraid to stick his arm out.Β That will also make a nice silhouette.Β I want to see more!

Perfectly on model! Oh long do you train to "have" a character in your mind/hand/fingers so easily? I mean before trying to animate him/her for example?
Oh and who told you it was a good pencil? A great artist too? If yes it has to be very encouraging. I've got some ebony next to me. But I don't know if it's the paper I use or my sharpener, I can't get the result I like so much! Maybe it's too sharp.

Hi Katikut, yes, I train a bit before animating, drawing the character several times in order to remember. The pencil is a polychrome Faber Castell, I use it since I was in high school, and it is the best. Normally I try so many types of paper and pencils, also not always use the same materials. Soon

I'm pretty sure he meant that's what Merlin is saying, since he seems to be eying that pencil on the left with some interest.

Oh! Ok! Haha I'm so stupid sometimes it's because I had seen this series of drawings before. I didn't made the relation! I was also at work so I had a quick look. Seems obvious now hha

Ha ha, you're not stupid, I wondered a bit about it at first but then I noticed the pencil and his eyeline.

Oh gosh, I love Merlin from The Sword in the Stone! I always got a good laugh out of him getting his beard stuck in doors and whatnot.
