Friday's here at last, folks!

It's been a very busy week as usual for me, but I'm glad that I managed to snuck in some time to do some very cool warm-ups and pay tribute to my inner kid and his passion for arcades

At the behest of many folks who asked to see a colored piece from this #retrogaming theme and especially of a certain suit variant, I caved in and revisited the famous Super Metroid saga once again. This time around though, we get to se the woman behind the armor: Zero Suit Samus Aran appropriately accompanied by the infamous baby Metroid; I always marvelled at the game designers who could make a translucent alien brain look cute. That's some skills, yo!
As for Samus, I avoided the usual T&A zone that she's always put in when rendering this armor-less variant. I believe a strong pose and natural beauty can be sexy enough not to warrant a more kinky shot (as much as we guys like those!).

I love the way this one came out looking, especially for being one of those smaller pieces I allow myself to do when other pressing matters are in queue. I'd like to think that my rendition of faces and expressions has come a long way these days and I find myself more comfortable with a lot of details in my artwork that i was hesitant about earlier. And these challenges and test pieces certainly push my boundaries little by little and expose me to things I wouldn't have otherwise.

As usual, I hope you enjoy and let me know if you'd like me to tackle any more gaming in the future. I'm certain I forgot some classics along the way!
