The hive was one of the scariest parts of Alien Isolation to me, along with the hospital and escaping habitation when the power goes out. I remember the motion tracker being unusable because of all the signals it was picking up. I loved the OST too!Amanda Ripley is a strong, determined character that has become one of my favourite Alien series humans. And man did she go through a lot throughout this terrifying game. I tried to keep her likeness while still drawing her in my manga type style, even her eye bags lol. I'm going to do tons more realistic characters like this in the future, because I enjoyed the hell out of this one.
Next up I'm moving on to the exact opposite of horror, and doing some more warm hearted work of female characters.
This is a counterpart to the Alien I did. I went for "Alien in human world and human in alien world" type thing.
For those interested in my method, I started with 2H mechanical pencil on marker paper, then inked with sakura pigma multiliners 0.05, 0.1 and copic ciao black. I then scanned and coloured on photoshop CS6 with a Wacom Intuos.

Lol its not that, I'm just saying that these aliens always find a way to survive. The best thing to do is escape imo. But if you had to destroy it, You'd probably need quite a few elite soldiers/vehicles with full incendiary loadouts if the hive is about the size of the one in aliens, if you want to be sure to wipe them out. Like in Alien Isolation, overloading the reactor destroyed it, but some still got out. So you'd have to be super efficient.

The game is probably the scariest game I have ever played, so I completely get what you mean XD. The flamethrower is pretty much essential but the fuel is hard to come by, so no matter what, you just can't relax!

I forget where I'm at in the story right now, I had it for ps3, then bought a ps4 and started it again. I made it past the space jockey part I know. It's a pretty scary game haha

Nice, very nice! I love all the little details you've added all over this, like the writing on the flamethrower canisters and the motion tracker readout, not to mention all the gooey biomechanical greatness off the hive walls themselves.
I do have to say her legs might be a bit too skinny in proportion to the rest of her, but it doesn't look too bad.

As for the legs, I actually see what you mean. The one leg should be widened by a little bit and I'll update it shortly (easy fix). There is a backpack on her back though, maybe I should remove it to make it look better?
