it fits velocity because he has the has ice powers AND he travels around a lot, so it probably messes with him a little bit

“Vel has the ability to control ice and sometimes water, but so far has only been able to make either of them appear when extremely upset or angry, and even then can barely control them. When upset, his body temperature lowers, and almost feels like dry ice to touch. Whenever this power is ‘activated’, a cold mist-like aura can be seen around his body. It is assumed that he got this one-of-a-kind power at a young age, due to Rune’s testing. Rune might have found a way to transfer the Caukirx’s ability to control certain elements into Velocity’s DNA, somehow.”
