That's all i can say.Three threaking hours to do unpleasant things with GIMP and making new texture from scratch. (this little pice of...)
By default it's called "eye-cornea".
It consists of three(except alpha) chanels: red, green and blue.
Well, as you can know, nothing special here - literally all of pictures that have more than one colour consists of this colours.
But Valve pretty clever guys.
They put different bump information about eye in each channel.
And god, help you, if their vanilla eye-cornea texture will be not match with eye texture of you model.

So, there are 3 bump channels, for RGB?? what uses or advantages that might have?

That sounds like a normal map. Bump map it's black and white only and only tells the elevation. Normal map splits RGB (a pain in the tail to modify manually with photoshop) Which shows the map when light comes from right (R I guess?) when light comes from above (up axis) and frontally.
