You probably have no idea how well needed this is. For people who do not usually use nor need full scale graphics editors Paint is often the first option, and current MS standard programs have an almost hilariously esoteric layout and negligible documentation.
There needs to be more tutorials on the advanced functionality of Paint.

I was trying to find groups to post my tutorials in at one point, but it was remarkably difficult as MS paint groups tend to focus on completed artworks and tutorial groups often focus on photoshop and sai.
I might have to keep looking... as weird as I find the thought of submitting things to groups a while after they were made, I really wish more people knew about MS paint's more complex functions.
