Description
This is a basic dragon scale tutorial.BIG TIP: pick different colors of blue - not just lighter/darker/more saturated/less saturated but really change the 'color wheel'.
This is just how I get the basic lighting done. Also I usually don't draw the scales that neatly in a row. You can. whatever you prefer.

Thanks! I'm to lazy to draw scales all over a dragons body though. Did it once, took ages xD But they're still fun to draw once in a while to fiddle around with coloring
