First I didn’t want to make a third, I had no idea about another alternative meeting, but then I had that idea when I was in the shower yesterday... maybe I should stop sniffing on my shampoo...

Leon Scott Kennedy looked around. The church was silent like a grave again. When the gates had moved up, the agent thought the hell would come upon him because of the loud noise. But nothing... absolute and utter silence. This mission in Spain was a challenge he would have loved to avoid. Raccoon City had been enough for a lifetime. But here he was, assigned to find and rescue the president’s daughter... and the last missing agent, who should have protected Ashley Graham. They found five bodies after the abduction... but no trace of the last agent. Leon growled, then passed the iron bars that had blocked the path. He took his Silver Ghost out of the holster, gripped the doorknob, stormed into the room... and looked straight into the barrel of another gun.

But he wasn’t the only one who had a gun up his nose.

The Silver Ghost was aimed on the head of a young woman with reddish brown hair, blue eyes... and a very angry look onto her face. “Identify yourself,” she snarled. “You’re no Spaniard, I can see that! Who are you?”

Leon looked into her eyes, then I dared a look around and found Ashley Graham, cowering in the corner of the room. The missing agent had been female. “I’m Leon Kennedy – I was sent to rescue Ashley Graham. And who might you be?”

“The code to confirm, that you are what you say you are?”

Leon growled and the grip on this Silver Ghost tightened. “Echo-Six-Zero-Whisky-Foxtrott-Alpha... Code: Abraxas.”

Slowly the woman lowered her gun and a loud sigh escaped her lips. “I’m Claire Redfield. I’m a protector of Ashley Graham.”

“I know,” Leon replied coldly, while he secured his gun. “The other five agents are dead. Why did they let you live?”

“They killed them?” Claire asked shocked and rubbed her bare arms, while she looked at Ashley. “I was the first who was attacked and knocked out.”

“It’s true,” a small voice confirmed and Ashley slowly got up.

Leon nodded. “Alright,” he said with a small smile. There was no lie in the eyes of the young woman – just honest sorrow and grief. She wasn’t involved in the kidnapping. “Let’s get out of here.”

“No objections,” replied Claire and checked her weapon and the clip. “It can’t be worse than Raccoon City.”

Leon stopped dead in his tracks. “Raccoon City? You’ve been there?”

Claire blinked. “Yeah? Why do you ask?”

“Because I was there too. I escaped with a S.T.A.R.S.-Officer – her name was Jill Valentine in a helicopter.”

“I was with a soldier from Umbrella – his name was Carlos. We made it out of the city via a train. Wait – then you are the Leon Kennedy Jill told me about?”

“Wait... Redfield as Chris Redfield.”

“He’s my brother!”

“Jill spoke of him, while she was unconscious from fighting the Nemesis.”

Claire shook her head in disbelief. “How small this world is,” she said with a hint of surprise in her voice. “Why did we never met before?”

“Don’t know,” answered Leon honestly. “But maybe that is the reason the let you live. Because you survived Raccoon.”

“Could be possible.”

“You still got your gun?” asked Leon. “How many rounds?”

“Actually I’m surprised that I still have my baby,” replied Claire. “They took my jacket but not the gun nor the clips. I have four clips with fifteen rounds each.”

“Same with me here,” answered Kennedy. “I lost my leather jacket but not the gun or the ammunition.”

“These guys are strange. But before we muse about that let’s get out of this nightmare first!” Claire sighed.

Leon smiled. “That is my girl,” he remarked and Claire smiled back.

Posing Leon is exciting... One wrong bone and he looks like he’s dancing ballett.
Well, I think I’m going to crawl into my bed now – had a bad day at work.
