Description It's my first tutorial.I hope it will be helpful for those who wanna make his/her own avatar.

Ps. I used Photoshop cs for this tutorial.but u can use ImageReady also^^ it's the same.

oh I c,you mean how to open that window right?
In Photoshop,just go to Window and click at Animation.

ah you don't need to draw 2 heads.
just 1 head and copy that head,then edit it.
