My dad have succeeded to make a marinade paste using habanero, garlic and ginger.

Really good.
You brushes that on to the meat before frying it (Or a spoon of the past in to a stew and etc) and it tastes wonderful.
Something you should try to do. All you need is
1-2 habanero's.
4-6 single garlics.
20-50 grams of ginger.
Mix up all of the ingredients in a mixer and let set for an hour or two before using.
Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. Almost lasts for months.
You can use it as an marinade on meat before and during frying.
Works perfect on chicken, beef and pork.
