deep down in our hearts, it lingers. it's this feeling; just a short time ago we told ourselves that no one really mattered in the sense of whatever they think of us, that's up to them and not to us. we no longer care and live up to no one's expectations; but the more we turn away from everyone else, the more we let go, the more we tighten our grip around ourselves. we want to succeed; not for them, not for her, but simply for ourselves. we've set limits, guidelines and rules ... and if we fail, we fall apart.and the feeling comes creeping up inside of us and we can no longer help it ... we are numb. we are ourselves. we are worthless. and most of all ... we never had the decision if we wanted it to come this way or not. so all we do is watch the play.
(I really can't help it, usually I don't like writing something like this after an artist's-comment; but to everyone out there, I'm feeling fine today. I really do. just in case anyone worried or anyone wanted to cheer me up. you are all lovely souls)

really love this pic and the concept but you can really sense that the mirror was not there and the reflection does not fit to the pose the model is in. other then that thats an amazing job!

When I first looked at it, I saw the inner demon concept, but than I thought about the Looking Glass from Alice Adventures in Wonderland. That made me think maybe you have to look pass your demons to find wonder.

I would like to tell you what I feel and see in your picture, but after reading your artist comment, it's like all my words disappear.
I'll try on this one: it's like you're afraid of yourself...it learns us a lesson that if we, ourself, are satisfied with who we are. Everybody else has to be satisfied with us.

On other news,I'm glad to see you're ok,and your editing is getting even better!The darkness on the eyes and the way your face looks,and also your body posture and the mirror hanging from nowhere and the fact that you're in the forest all alone,just with this awful feeling...Self-Hatred...I can't think of a better way to picture it.

Oh god I love this, as if you're afraid of the floating image of yourself, depicting depressive thoughts.
I can see the movement in your pose as if you're just about to lift yourself up and take flight away
from it in fear. I just hope that you're sucking in and that you burned your ribs to add definition to
them, and that you're not actually that dangerously thin... all the love my heart bares to you.

Ohh...or even make you, the mirror, and your reflection in the mirror in black and white and the background in color. Would make you stand out more to me too. Just my thoughts on it though. Keep up the awesome work

I love it. And I have an idea of what I think would be an interesting edit of the colors. If you made everything but you and the mirror, and your reflection in the mirror in black and white. Just to make them stand out that much more. I don't know why, but I love editing things to where only certain things are in color. XD I think it makes them pretty interesting or neat sometimes.
But, as I said, I love this just as it is still!
