I love the look of this!
The look on the persons face make them look very calm and at peace.
The computer used was a nice touch, I find, because it reminds me of those computer we would have when we were young, and the stickers on the computer remind me of being a kid. So I love that whole nostalgic childhood look to this.
The feel I get to this is that the computer has been with them for a while, like a friend, and in a way hugging it like that symbolizes how much they care for their online friends/etc or how much life online has affected them.
I also like the cool (temperature) colours and shadows, too.
