It doesn't mean anything..I suggested the name, because my first ever(leased) pony was called that.

Good thing for Calle that he wasn't named after my favourite horse when I was younger, his name was Pysen. Can't really translate it, sometimes used as a nickname for young boys in a slightly degrading way.
