Description
Think of a horrible dystopian future where mankind is forced to live sheltering underground. This is an aerial from the world above.*An exploration into the dark side of Julians. Apophysis 3D, + PSP7 for framing and signature. The starting seed was created following ~Meckie 's Simple 3D Julian tutorial [link] (check it out, it's wonderfully well done btw).

Edit: oh my god! It's been so amazing to log on for a hit-and-run check and find out I'd received my first DD - I was literally lost for words! I wish to give you all a real massive THANK YOU for all the faves, and as many hugs as you can reasonably take... Being in a bit of a hurry I can't start replying to your comments right now as I'd most wish to do, but I'll see to that by tomorrow... But my, my, I can see why! This was just such a cool looking fractal. I immediately labeled as some alien design, or the casual flooring/top of a ship from beyond, but your idea is much better. *nod nod*

The idea comes from an old record I had... the last track was a dark ambient piece that came with a similar caption ("Think of etc... these are the sounds of the world above") - the track wasn't that scary by itswelf maybe, but the caption really helped to set the mood so the combined effect was rather chilling. Just thought it could work here too
