Funny to think how close the seed for this image is to that of The Engine Room ([link] ) yet how different the two pieces are in tone and mood.The title plays on the general ambiguity of fractal images - is it the viewer crossing into the light after a long journey trhough darkness? Thank you! It took a while to get the colour map right and to be honest I'm not 100% satisfied yet, if you look closely you can see that the gradient is not completely smooth...
