More practice with ink, this time with a watercolour wash in the background. I'm so pleased with how this turned out! I love the pop of colour. Makes me wish I just spent the extra money to buy the pack of ink with all the pretty colours in it instead of only black ink.
This painting put my sketchbook to its limits! Too much water ate up the paper a bit, but still came out pretty good! I should probably just use watercolour paper but I love my new sketchbook a lot and want to fill it

I think I will try paint this one digitally because I'm just so happy with the orcas, particularly the baby.
