If you are taking about why eyes are so big and nose and lips are smaller, I wanted keep manga proportions and just make them more detailed (It made sense in my head >_<) I haven't really thought how it will look to other people who aren't in my head :S
Do you think that I should adjust the face a little bit?

No, no, no xD Size of her eyes lips and nose is good. I'm talking about proportions. For example space between her eyebrows 'level' and the tip of her nose should be the same as from the tip of the nose to the chin. I think the second one is a little shorter

Hah my teacher used to bug the hell out of me becouse of that back in a day. Now it got to me so bad that I lecture other people artworks...jesus.

But look on the bright side, at least someone was always correcting you, while I'm dying
for constructive critique from some noble souls

Btw, I hope that I solved the problem by lowering her eyebrows (I tried rising her mouth and nose but then she ended with huge chin, yuck.)

Of course you're right. But back then when I started I've been one of those faggots that can't take critisism too well.
My advice to you is pretty standard - you have awesome coloring skills but need to look out more for proportions.
And I'm really far away from being a noble soul.
It looks great now (yet I think noone else will even notice )

Probably everyone goes through that phase when critique stings like hell (I know that I did)
