Oh my, this picture made so much sense when I started it three days ago XD Now I can't quite remember what I was thinking.It was something along the lines of: "Katara wants to help Azula raise her self esteem after going all crazy but fails at doing people's makeup so now she really ought to consider running for her life, yep"
But now that I look at it again I'm thinking my reasoning was something more like: "I really wanna draw Katara and Azula wearing pretty Ba Sing Se clothes and wearing ridiculous, overdone makeup |3"
