Sorry for the messy eye-painting. Hopefully it makes the point about using color, even as it makes a rather shoddy eye with suspicious lighting.

I'm eons away from being a pro, but sitting down and doing a redline challenges me, and that's a good thing no matter where you are as an artist. And of course - hopefully helpful!
