Drachentanzer for ~I opened up a request board on Neopound last night, in hopes that I might regenerate some of my motivation (and give poor little insomniac self something to do at midnight). Most of the pictures I did were just quick doodles and headshots and such, but Drachentanzer's NAME (not to mention his design) was just TOO COOL, so I ended up drawing a full body picture of him. 83

Dynamic poses are FUN. I enjoy them a lot. <3
For the white-shading, I pretty much just took a light grey marker (in my case, Cold Stone in Prismacolor-- I like it better than just plain ol' grey, because it has a slight blueish tint) and shaded with it. (I always compulsizely shade white, even if I didn't shade the rest of the picture, because unshaded white looks unfinished. XD)

What kind of markers do you use? If you use Prismacolors, you're welcome to come to me anytime you need to know a specific marker for something~ I use them so much that I can pretty much tell you the right colr for anything under the sun right off the top of my head. x3; *addicted*

Really loooong dragons are very snazzy. |3 I wonder how I managed not to have any really looong dragons, with all the zillions of characters I have? (Maybe because unill fairly recently, the anatomy on looooong creatures confused me a lot.)
