It is so precious! Derpy looks good for so many reasons:
1. You didn't make any signs or indications of lust in this which is a very good thing *thumbs up*

This is one of the most amazing drawings of Derpy or anyone(or anypony haha) from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I absolutely love the fact that she is both a pony and a human (I always love seeing human ponies so I could "meet" them >.<)! The fact that she has mail flying out of her bag shows me you have an amazing attention to detail, bubbles included. The shading/where you put the shadows were perfect! The fact that Derpy also has her hat flying off while she keeps the muffin safe really shows her personality and love for muffins. Adorable... Awesome job!

Pony Derpy's facial expression works, although she's a background pony, the few seconds we've seen of her gives that essence of silliness that you've captured quite well in this picture.
But what really gets me here is human Derpy. If the bubbles as her cutie mark express in anyway her "bubbly personality" then you have embodied it perfectly on human Derpy. You still manage to keep the eyes correct without completely distorting them to two different angles. And it looks cute. Not insane. (Seen people embellish too hard and make her look really odd). My only qualm on this one really is the muffin. It looks so 2 dimensional...it doesnt pop out at me like the rest of the picture and in a sense, that's why it stood out...but really, I don't think anyone else will truly hate your for it.

I love that you choose derpy she isint give as much attention as she should be i love the character cause she proves you dont need to be perfect to be on a television show or be cared about
she seems so happy and telling by the hard effort u put into this u probably has as much fun making this as she is in the picture and Thats what art is all about its all that matters
