Little story behind this is that since I was working with Frank Fosco (penciler of the TMNT Image series) He found out that I was a huge fan of Farley. He showed my colored work to him and Farley thought I did a good job. I asked Farley if I could color this and he was more than happy to send the file to me. In the end, he liked what I did with it and all was right in the world. lol!Pencils and inks by A.C. Farley

Oh wow! Thanks! It's a pleasure to hear from you. I actually talked to your dad last Friday for like 2 and a half hours. He's a really awesome guy and I enjoyed hearing what he had to say. Of course he's also an awesome artist but that goes without saying. He sent me a few other things to color so I'll be working on those.

Yes and I'm sure you'll like the way I color the Covo stuff you're working on for me. I'm actually excited about coloring it.
The technique for this piece was to have the coloring itself look like watercolor. The background is something else entirely. That ended up looking like stone which I really like.

A.C. Farley was my fav TMNT artist back in the day. I have almost all of the original comics in my garage.

Thanks for faving the Farley Leo. I'd like to see him do more TMNT work. He told me he was doing a few commissions and if I remember correctly, this was actually a commission for someone.

I asked him for some other work to color. Maybe he'll respond. Maybe he won't but I thought it would be a way to spice up some unseen work and get it out there.
