That's what Caitlyn told her role model, April O'Neil, back when she was just 13, just before she and Zach helped the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles stop Don Turtelli and his cousin, the great Boldini, from stealing a valuable diamond. She meant it too. She just didn't have any real idea what that involved. Now she's in journalism school, entering into her last year, as well as an internship at Channel 6, when she stumbles onto a story while at the neighborhood rec center. Turns out there was a robbery in that neighborhood a few nights ago, and the thieves hid their loot in one of the lockers. Caitlyn had just changed into her swimsuit and was putting her clothes away when she sees the box at the bottom of her locker. This happens at the same time that one thief(who works as a janitor at the rec center) went back in, assuming the women's locker room to be empty. She didn't hear him, but he saw her.
When she woke up, she found herself bound and gagged in a small, dark room with no idea what happened and unable to make a sound to alert someone she's there. What a way to spend her 22nd birthday.
