Thanks! Yes I have the one with the Bengal tiger; I liked the idea of having a little scenery with the model, it gives it just that little extra! ;o)

I love the pose (both) Just a technical questions, since it's paper is it delicate?, like eg a squeeze and it's destroyed or is it some very hard carton paper?

Thanks for the compliment,Β I really like makingΒ "vignettes"/"mini dioramas" so I'm glad you like them too. ;o)
The strengthΒ depends a bit on what kind of paper you use: if you use regular printer paper (usually about 75-80 gsm or grams per square meter) for very big, hollow paper models, they will get squished easily if you squeeze them of course...
These paper models are not very big though and I used thicker paper (200 gsm, so that's 2.5x as thick as regular printer paper) and they're quite strong!
Most papercrafters use between 120-160 gsm paper (most places where you can buy printer paper can also help you get thicker paper) which is usually strong enough for most paper model unless you're really out to squish it (it's still paper of course! ;o)

I'm glad you like them! I really love the old Tomb Raider games, so I'd love to make some more papercraft "vignettes" in the future from the different games! ;o)

Haha, you know how I did that, right?? Make a 3D model based on the video game models and unfold it with Pepakura Designer, then print the parts, cut them out and glue them together! ;o)
