Never thought that the brightest smile can keep the hardest pain, do you?

Actually, I really want to do something a bit experimental. I remember that anime uses white pupils that its opacity reduced or blurred, I thought I can give it a try just once. Instead of drawing my own design of Technician Kirby, I used the one from KirbyTardos , one of those who makes me ended up making my own gijinkas. Dang, I LOVE HIS ART STYLE, it's just so cute. But it's hard for me to use his art style, so I just use my own.
Heck, he looks adorable! KirbyTardos estimated that his version of Kirby is biologically 15, but it is just me or when I draw this then see the results, I thought he's looking like an adult already? Still, I realized how he looks cute, hehe. Also, I'm sorry if his hairstyle looks wrong (?).

I always had a headcanon that after events of Planet Robobot, they are two options about what happens next. One includes the true happy ending which Robobot Armor got restored and comes back to life, with Kirby being very grateful about it and keeps it (and the helmet), and the other one which turns out that Robobot Armor is fully dead and it can't be restored no matter what, but the helmet by accident fell back to Popstar, where Kirby found it and uses it to remember his friend, then it acts as a copy ability of its own (hence it was named Technician hehe). I use the latter for the TAS AU, but I'm not so sure what kind of ending/resolution will KirbyTardos use. Still, it would be interesting though.

I really like how I managed to set the eyes' gradient, and plus there is a white pupil that I blurred, which is the first time I used that since I can't do this if I draw traditionally. I also enjoy the sunlight reflection effect (t̶o̶t̶a̶l̶l̶y̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶i̶n̶s̶p̶i̶r̶e̶d̶ ̶f̶r̶o̶m̶ ̶a̶ ̶c̶e̶r̶t̶a̶i̶n̶ ̶a̶n̶i̶m̶e̶ ̶g̶e̶t̶ ̶y̶o̶ ̶c̶o̶n̶s̶p̶i̶r̶a̶c̶y̶ ̶o̶u̶t̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶w̶i̶n̶d̶o̶w̶ ̶n̶e̶r̶d̶s̶) which is done via blurring again. The tears below his eyes represent the pain he gains after losing his friend Robobot Armor, but there's another thing I think it could represent, which is his life overall. He's been losing a bunch of friends before this (ex. That robot pet from the anime, Chilly, Magolor, etc.) and he's not ready to lose anyone again. The stars are basically a trademark so showering it a bit won't be that bad, amirite?

I always think that now he's a dorky nerd. He just tries to hide his internal pain. But don't worry he's still your regular happy boi.
