Actually, TaleSpin (which you listed as 'Ongoing') ended it's run at Issue 7 when Disney closed the doors of it's in-house comic book company for good back in 1991, turning the publishing of long-running titles Walt Disney's Comics & Stories and Uncle Scrooge back over to Gladstone Publishing. During that time, comics based on Disney cartoon shows appeared in Disney Adventures magazine, which began publication in 1990 and is still being published to this very day.

True, but Disney actually stopped publishing their own comics in 1993, wheras in 1991 they cancelled all the titles that didn't feature Donald Duck as a regular character.
