Thunder is the co-leader of Rescue Team Aqua. He founded the team, found Nicole when she was passed out on the beach, and brought everyone together.

Unlike his sister, Storm, he's not the adventurous type. He's more timid and is rarely seen around strangers. And unlike his brother, Volt, he is quick to judge.
However, all siblings share a similar trait and that's their signature tattoo. Thunder has a skull tattoo on his right knee, Storm has her heart tattoo on her right eye, and Volt has a flame tattoo on his left leg. The reasons behind the tattoos remains unknown, though Thunder's tattoo possibly represents "Death".

In Battle:

Thunder, surprisingly, isn't the best physical fighter on the team; he's more of the strategy and tactics Pokemon, using his special attack power. His unique ability of Lightningrod gives him quite the advantage when in double battles, drawing in all the electric attacks to boost his own super charged Thunder attack. He works especially well when he is battling with Storm whose Rain Dance gives him better accuracy.
