Ah, i really don't know. Watching Speedpaint videos can help. Always follow the basics, like separating the colors in layers. Adding textures can be a good way to get a good result. For more interesting effects, you can try changing the blending modes or adding filters. Though PT Sai is limited to that requirements, Photoshop offers several options.
The real trick is always try new things~

Oh well I don't know any good places to paint. I use sumo paint which I got with my tablet. But I know theirs better ones. Is there any you recommend?

I always use Paint Tool Sai and Photoshop. The first one is really good for lineart, colors and things like that. The second one is good for effects.
