The last book is so sad though! I read somewhere that it was the author writing about how she missed her mother and you can tell that from all the characters wanting the Moomins to come back. ;0;

YES I KNOW even Snufkin almost lost it ;_; but i kinda understand how everyone feel in this book, it's so relatable and sad..
the ending..you can call it a happy one but i still feel a bit empty after finishing it *sob* T_T
anyway, i especially love the cover design in this Thai edition , the color they choose already hint us a melancholy tone you're gonna find in this book

Yeah, even though it was a happy ending I felt sad knowing that there'd be no more Moomin books after that... And wow, I do think that the Thai cover captures the feeling of the books very well! The version that I had didn't have a cover as nice as that one.
