A commission for . This is her Zelda OC, Danielle.I was specially requested to give Danielle a longing look. Afterall, she had no choice but to leave behind her beloved home of Hyrule Castle and to take sanctuary among the Gerudo.
I was given a lot of freedom with this particular commission, and was even allowed to create her Hylian-influenced Gerudo outfit from scratch and pick the colors myself. I thought a stormy desert sky would give a very fitting dramatic air.

Thank you! ^^ Though honestly the only thing I did differently was use a dark shade of violet instead of my normal grey for shading. Amazing what a difference that makes, huh?

XD Yeah, that was quite a number of those we went through... I need to clean them off of my netbook later XD I'm sorry I was having so much trouble figuring out a color scheme for the outfit, since I completely stink at realizing the deeper technique behind using colors and such... XD And yeah, it's DEFINITELY hard to convey mind-images... XD you can't describe every itty bitty detail in words cuz you don't know how to ^^ And you're welcome!
