Nice.
Different countries, same problem: cat on input device (my cat "helping" me to draw on tablet and type on keybord).
But this looks like cat doing all drawing here.
I like colors here and nice bluring of background.

Thanks :3
I think cats on input devices are probably an universal problem of cat owners around the world xD

I'm pretty glad my cat has never felt the urge to jump on my sketchbook as I draw.
But she definitely tries to restrict my movement
Hmm, seems that this cat is drawing for the hooman

Thanks, the cat was probably one of the most fun things to draw with all the fluff :3
(Also I love perspective guides, they make drawing interiors so much easier)

Maybe you can train your cat to draw for you XD.
Also, sucks that I'm not as active on Discord, I would have loved to take part in the "Artist Problems" comic.

Hello! I think this piece is great! These warm, sometimes a bit pastel and natural colours make it really pleasent to look at. Also that character seems really... natural The way she is positioned... I believe that's it! Whatever makes this character this way... it does a grate job
I think that this individual "part" of hair on the top of her head was unnesesery, but with or without it, that still look absolutely stunning! Amazing work!

Thanks, besides trying to make the pose consistent with the previous panel I also oriented myself on the way I tend to sit while I draw. Anyways it's really nice to hear that you think that the pose looks natural :3 Also I agree with you that the little hair part doesn't fit in that well.

Any real criticism I have seems mute because it appears more of an artistic choice then anything. pieces like this can be very hard to critique when you can tell someone was aiming for a particular style and I think you where going for something. Only thing I can really say is I wished the lining was a little more consistant and you didn't use so much brown maybe throw some other earthy tones in the mix or add a splash of color.

Thanks for the nice comment, the lineart is one of the things that I was a bit too sloppy with (I tend to get a bit too impatient with that) ^^°

Hello, I found your piece through ProjectComment
First of all, that cat is absolutely awesome!!!
I love the whole scene and the concept of the artwork. I really like the color use with bright colors in the foreground and soft blue and green for the background. The fact that the color of the cat returns in the character brings harmony to the piece.
The cat is by far my favorite part, not only because cubby cats are the best thing ever, but also because it is aesthetically the best part of the drawing. The colors are very nice, creating subtle shadows with the gradient and with the well placed light and dark lines.
The character is rather plain in comparison. The heavy outlines seem to not fit the rest of the drawing or reflect your skill level, which is higher than that. The front of the desk could also use a little more details and/or highlights. Just a small missed opportunity in an otherwise amazing piece.
The rest of the background may also be a little sketchy, but there it only gives extra depth to the work and helps create perspective.
I overall love this piece! I hope to see more cats from you soon. <3

Thanks for the nice and extensive comment :3
The cat was also the most fun to draw. I have to admit that I got a bit impatient with the characters outlines so yeah the are a bit messier than they should be.
In general I'm struggling quite a bit with "finishing" images but I do try to improve on that so I'll keep your advice in mind^^
This is also probably one of the more complex non-nature heavy scenes I've drawn so I'm happy that it turned out ok.

Hello, I come from
I am here to talk about your artwork in a positive and constructive way! (sorry if that sounded cheesy.)
To start off, the message of the piece is very true. Artist block can find way into me sometimes, so I can definitely relate. The color brings a warm feeling to the piece, from the warm-colored cat and clothing, to the gentle breeze coming in from the window. Speaking of the only animal I am allergic to, the cat looks like he/she is drawing on the paper. I have no idea if that was your intent, but if it was not, you have made yet another one of life happy little accidents. I love that little detail. The cat's face is simplistic, which adds a extra layer of adorableness to the feline.Ā
As far as the lady goes, very well done! She is clearly pondering what her next drawing should be, due to that look in her eye that we see. It almost looks like the cat is giving her an idea. The details around the room really fit how many people's offices are: a peaceful place to work and meditate.Ā
Overall, this is a really nice piece of work that I am more than happy to add to my favorites!Ā

Thanks for the nice comment :3
I'll leave it up to you to decide what the cat is actually doing with the pen^^
I wouldn't know what I'd do if I was allergic to cats, I love those little fluffballs way too much.

Okay, first off, I like the shading and the use of the light colors. Very warm and welcoming. I like all the little details, such as the posters on the board behind the computer and the wind blowing ever so slightly into the woman's room. The cat on the desk sitting on the paper is a nice touch too, and something I can personally attest is very true to life. All in all, nice work!

Thanks for the sweet comment :3
Trying to think of details I could add to the background to show more of the personality of the character was really fun so I'm happy that you appreciate them.
