For my Dear Friend and Dragon Buddy Hazel
I final finished her character this is Nixie the Otter!
Im so so sorry this was so late i really hope you like it
shes all yours now hun 100%

For those you don't this is the conclusion for the Preview Poster
this is the character shown in it ^^

Im really happy how she came out i was really worry with the
colours for her but i think it came out ok

Here is a (but rough) Mini Profile of her:
Name: Nixie
Species: Otter
Age: (left to owner)
Fur colour: Icy Purple
Eye colour: Icy Blue
Family: (left to owner)
Powers: A type of Kinetic Energy that discharges as Bubbles (which she can shape and control)
Background (rough): Nixie is from a underwater city built between surrounding mountains side to be forced by their ancestors, she is a member a otter tribe that have found a way to use their own bodies energy as a weapon as well are legendary craftsmen (Otters from this city are reorganised by their traditional sapphire water pearls - some believe this is where their power comes from), the otters are known for their great craftsmanship for building energy devices as well as great walls and sometimes buildings, they are loved though out the world but the otter are also a shy bunch who like to keep things simple and do hold many secrets not much is known about them, but for some reason the cheerful and creative Nixie doesn't seem to hold any of their shyness trades or usage of her energy powers, where the other Otter's powers come out like beams Nixie forms a usual bubble looking shape. (the rest is up to the owner)

I really hope you like her Dragon Buddy and all of you awesome guys and gal too ^^

There will be more (GC) coming but for now ive got a few more AT's to finish and other
arts and projects i want to start and finish as well so want to do some of that first
