Description
Well at least I'm not spamming your inboxes with a journal ...Yes, this means that our server has been fixed.
It was only after I completed this picture that I realised I have to do another quite like it for a winner of a competition.
and I've noticed I have far too much blue in my gallery these days =_= -sigh-
Aww well.
This is me btw ^-^ I decided to climb a rock and I had Gina ~MystikGenie take a photo with my camera.

Just out of curiosity...have you ever heard of Howl's Moving Castle? This picture reminds me quite a bit of one of the scenes where a character literally catches a falling star.

Oh, I see what you mean! although not inspired by the movie, it has quite a resemblance (although I think im much taller than Howl and a tad more feminine)
Thankyou for sharing that with me, how intruiging

I really like the idea - great POV and good choice of lighting effects and colours. There can never be too much blue in a gallery.

May I ask how this was taken? What sort of camera was used? And if this can be achieved with a 5 megapixel camera?

Basically I stood on a rock 2 metres or so high, then my photographer stood immediately below me with the setting at a good contrast.
I dont know, it depends on the lens not the megapixels.
I used my Nikon D60 which has 18mm to 55mm zoom, vibration and noise reduction and 10 megapixels (though that doesnt really matter).
It really depends what make and model you have. I know my mum has a better camera phone at 3 megapixels than an old camera I have at 5 megapixels.
