Description
This is Cel-shading Tutorial.It's my first tutorial and my first language is not an English.
There would be some errors ..... please, excuse.
I drew it with open canvas
but this tutorial is eligible for all kinds of program.

but i don't understand... once that u finish you do the highlight on top of the drawing or in the corresponding layers or you do another layer???

i usually do highlight on the same layer that i use for coloring.
