Hmm i use the eyedropper too ALL the time, hmm i mean it's always like a part of my finger is permanently glue there haha, well I usually quickly lay down some color pallette, then the rest of the color i make by mixing the colors and picking it with eye dropper, etc

First off. I love your coloring abilities--puts mine to shame!
Second: This tutorial is really helpful and I plan to it so I can look back on it to help improve my novice art coloring using digital means.
Third: Your art rocks! You're very talented.
and Lastly: I'm gone.

Heya, it depends really on what the pic is, I would say I color rather slow, a complete piece with decent details, etc would probably take me a week to color? and a few days to draw? ya it totally depends on if I know what I'm doing for that piece and if I can manage to lay out the right color at the beginning, and also how much bg it has,etc for me doing bg is the slowest, so if a piece with a lot of char MIGHT be faster then a piece with 1 char and a giant bg,etc. Sometimes even 1 character with no bg can take me a week if I want to get it really really detailed, etc. But I'd say don't worry much about the time~ if it looks good it loooks good, and you will only get faster if you practice, but I work pretty slow (either that or lazy) i think hehe if that makes you feel better hope it helps~ *cheers*

Spectacular tutorial! It's nice that you're down to earth about it, compared to how most tutorials are, with the "more superior than others" attitude that you mentioned. Very brilliant, very nice.

VERy very cool, to see all the stages like that. It provided a ton of insight on the whole coloring process. I feel like I almost know enough to start experimenting with coloring myself now. This was very helpful, and enjoyable to read, and the picture itself is wonderful.

very informative!! even though it's like a WIP, it tells so much info on how you actually did your works in step by step procedure. it gives the learner a view of how things will be done. and wow, the work turns out REALLY awesome!!

It's always helpful to see how the more skilled artists do their work. I do digital art for a hobby only and I am still a beginner. So maybe I can learn from people with experience.
Your tutorial is one of those that are really good, so that's a fav.
