I've never looked at any of the actual Exalted material, but a few years ago I did an Exalted story thing with a few friends via IRC, so it's cool to see these ideas visually, for once.

Simply deserve to be faved.
The only thing I might suggest in this one is that perhaps defined edges for the flames may work to your advantage in this particular image. Just me two cents.

Usually I always gather a bunch of references before I start, alot of times if it's freelance work,etc some references are given to me, when I'm lazy I just draw from my head hehe

eewww...Exalted. That game annoys me; so many dice for everything!
However, I do and did always enjoy the art. I like your depiction of The Dragonblooded (I think that's them) and thier different equipment. You also did a really good job with color.

But, this is probably my favorite, and I love the girl in the middle (green), and the green rock/things coming off her sword, the whole peice is really great together though.
