I love the shading, and her facial expression is as if she misses something (Liiiike...Zack! Yay, awesome pairing is awesome.)
And I just noticed as I wrote this, you managed to make Aerith's bangs LOOK like her bangs and not jacked up.
Ahhhhhhhhhh I miss this character, even though I'm to lazy to actually get my but to the game.

Even if on the rough side it still makes a lovely portrait of the character. She shape of her face and details in positioning her eyes, mouth, etc. all look great, and I love the texture work you did with her hair (braids can be a killer), plus the loose curls. Without knowing the show I have to assume that she's one of the primary character, but here she looks a bit wistful and somewhat sad, but maybe there's a determination in that too. Perhaps it's even a touch of (normal) depression causing her to temporarily zone out. Still, she looks physically strong and likely emotionally too.
