Yup, this took me all night to finish! *is sleepy*
I had fun with this one! I started re-watching all of the old episodes of Cyborg009 and it made me want to do a fanart of it. 003's always been one of my favorite character's from the anime.
Done in Paint Tool SAI.
Time: appx. 20 hours.

So true.People can dislike some character as much as they want,but they shoud stop being meant to them.For example,I dislike many characters in Cyborg 009 *cough-Artemis-Helen and her sisters-princess Ishuki-cough*, but you don't see me being mean to them (mostly because I don't have tablet or scanner).
