I wanted to try out a more painterly style. I'm sure there's so many details I could've put in, but to be honest I'm too lazy to continue it. Haha.

My interpretation: Just because it is in tradition to believe a certain way or just because you heard something from authority doesn't make it true.

My interpretation: Too much of anything is a bad thing. In this case, education. Education is important, but you must exercise wisdom and a decent moral conscience beforehand. Meditation comes before education.
ACR's quote: "is to say that the structures of civilization are fragile and that we must be shepherds of our own civilization... is to say that we are the architects of our own lives and we must live within the consequences whether glorious or tragic."
My interpretation: The best way to fight for freedom is to focus on your own actions and your own goals. Do not depend on anyone to do anything for you. Never assume you're guaranteed great success. The best way to save a society is by saving our homes.
AC3's quote: "Unbelievable...your politicians are constantly referencing the Founding Fathers."

My interpretation: When there are way too many points of view and arguments regarding an important document, the said document's message completely dissolves and gets rendered absolutely meaningless and therefore, powerless. The US Constitution is great, but the Assassin's Creed is still greater, especially with the way Ezio interpreted it in Revelations as mentioned above.

I just played through it, actually.
Well, there are pros and cons to it. The game is really quite beautiful, and has a much more deep storyline than the first game. There's more weapons, enemies, and missions.
Ezio, as you said, can be just kinda, eh. But it revisits the old game and further acts upon its plot.
Each game has its highs and lows, though. I an't say I like either better than the other, because they are both wonderful games. C:
