Personality: Locus is pretty much cold-hearted to people And doesn't have a interest in talking much though Over time he meet someone name Dan and makes locus open a little as the more he know's him, through everyone else he's needs to get to know. though kinda what really happen.

His Ability: Locus haves all the natural types of lighting nature including electricity,
[He can create EMP's to shut down city lights or power grids,]
[he can also make a rail-gun cannon by creating a ball of lightning and punching/flicking it with great force]
[Can make a wall of a lighting shield blocking objects like bullets]
[ he can actually become a living magnet and attract metal or pull the metal to his enemy's by just touching them] ( it only last like 3 mins then the negative/positive fades off)
[locus nerves system moves a bit faster then anyone else due to the infinity crystal supporting the brain.
[ when interesting thing is locus can see where lightning or in case electricity are coming from. he can also use him self as a radar and see/sense peoples nerves and their movements since every known characters haves nerves through the body]
[self quick regeneration ]{heavy damage like a arm getting blown off}

(this is not an ability ) Locus whole entire skeleton is made out of the infinity crystal/Shard so its pretty stuck with him for the rest of his life.

Hex Rings: once again Dan created these's hex rings for locus and Vera his attacks become 20 x stronger as well for locus its different. its a last resort,when the hex rings are taken off instead of using blue lightning/electricity it turns into purple giving him and his attacks a 20x boost, though Locus haves a limit to how much power is being used even if he's made out of lighting his body can't keep up the power being store within him. so he will quickly burn out, Also moves faster than before and his reflexes sharpens.

The Hex ring that he's using are holding his power back and storing the lightning within the rings it self only Locus can take them off by force and put them back on.

Weakness:
body full of water ( as in water surrounding him)
[self regeneration takes up a lot of energy and the more big blows he gets the slower the regeneration gets]

(Back Story)
Locus Story.
A long time ago near another area in space and time, there was another little girl who was interested in nothing but nature, she wanted to know as much as everything so she decided to dedicated herself to nature and how to help it grow. As life move on so did her dedication for nature and soon develop these crystal which is known as “Infinity Crystals/Shards”. What the infinity crystals/shards can do is produce nature. Only it needs something to absorb for it to fully work. The use of this was to support her dying planet, and because of that she end up becoming a Goddess due to connection as nature was swarming around her though she honestly didn’t want to become a Goddess, everyone just thought of her that way because of the amazing things she done over the past years.
Due over time the Goddess realized that she was not the only one with a dying planet, in short thinking she use her infinity crystals/shards and scatter them all over the place throughout space and time, She can Use her crystal to absorb types of nature from other planets then will be sent back up in space and go to the planet that needs support, though some accidents happen and some infinity crystals/shards went off course and crash into other planets. (Like Mobius, Earth, and Orbital Planets)

The years later where (probably your character and Mines were Kids who knows time law...) people found infinity crystal/shards and saw that they can be uses as weapon's, by doing so they kidnapped lost children including locus, and his little sister, the infinity crystals/shards that was giving to them works two ways. Either the body accepted the crystals and force the body adapt to the nature energy. OR it will kill the host and burn out the body's energy. Locus sister Belle was the first one to have the infinity crystal/shard of lightning implanted into her she didn't make it through the test of the infinity crystal that was giving to her which quickly burn out her body. When locus heard of this news it deeply hollow and broken on the inside out the emotions he once had was gone, the feeling he had in his chest really hurt.
When they gave the crystal to him and put it in his back the body accepted it even though locus mind was disorder and broken, mindless thinking of just one thing as the crystal was slowly taking over the body, his eyes still hollow made the ability of the crystal that once use to be inside his sister turn his body into a figure of lightning. To the people that used it on him. He return the favor and slaughter ALL of them and free the children.
As locus gotten older, he decided to dedicate his life to stopping these people, he knew he wasn’t the only one suffering. He turn himself away from people hunting down the people who funded this project and made sure was stop, the only way to do that is by killing them. So that’s what he did.
To make sure the Children don’t suffer what he’s been through.

Ps: for though who can adsorb lightning Locus Lighting isn't normal like regular lighting so I wound't recommend it.
