that's not true, I did this in Photoshop. It's not about the program at all, it's just a specific style one can use. Even the way to do SA style difference from person to person. Some use a huge amount of layers , but I think it can be done with just 4.

I haven't heard of autodesk scetchbook, but if it has an air brush tool/brush then you're good to go.

well , I didnt write out all the details because I was planning to make some kind of animation series with her story ,so I didnt wanted to spoil it all

it will probably take about another year or even longer untill I start it ( if I start it at all)
and I will probably just do a silent animation with just subtitles , I dont have a programm for voice recording ( I'm horrible at voice acting anyway haha) and I dont think I know anybody who lives close to me who would be willing to do some voice acting for me .
Moe's story is rever fangirlish anyway XD
I bad at writing too , thinking up dialogs is really hard for me ):
but I have the first episode pretty much in mind
but I dont have an opening animation nor ending animation XD

you can ask over the internet. XD
the actors don't have to live near you, all they do is send you the voice files and you put them into ur video program. XD
put em all together and you get a voiced animation.

it doesn't matter really, you should just think about now not a year later. XD
fangirlish? is Moe paired with a real character? :0

not really paired , no , but she developes feelings for sonic over time during her story( also mentioned in her profile) . But she's too afraid it would annoy him and doesnt want to get into Amys way.So she trys to be just a good friend untill the end where she actualy does tell him how she feels but leaves him no time to answer because she dies pretty shortly after :U .
if I did some art with them together anyway , all the sonic fangirls and sonamy fans on here would skin me alive , I'm sure XD haha

well , I like dramatic endings B:
also it gives the story abit more inpact ( or at least her confession is brought out by her death )
also , I dont wanna have her stick in the Sonic verse for too long
she's a fancharacter and doesnt belong into the canon storys.
I actualy have another story taking place after moes story in a diffrenttimeline
and that story is actualy what caused the canon ending of Moe's story and her death
it's alittle complex XDD

it wouldnt be very pleasant indeed D,:
I see alot of fangirls posting stuff with their fancharacters paired with sonic tho
and I cant help getting jealious .... I wish I could post whatever I like without bothering about what others think xD;

I just need a front and side view at least. I was going to draw one my self using the two images you have provided: Moe the Hedgehog - Profile && SA style Moe. If you have the time then that would be great if you could provide me with the images, as you do know more about the look of her than I do.
One question, her pants and shirt look like they would be a simple kind of meterial, but her shoes and her arm 'gloves,' would they be all a plastic like look or would it be of a kind of meterial with a blue plastic trim?

I will try to make a good side and front view , I tried before twice but kinda failed , maybe I will do it right this time XD

as for the material , the white and blue parts are the same material , something cloth like , maybe sintectic , similar to the way sonics shoes are textured on the Sonic riders Zero gravity cover , if you get what I meen
just softer for her shirt and arm gloves ( they are tight on the upper part , so they stay in place) and pants , the shoes are more stiff
the black cloth parts would be more like silk , sintetic silk , something like that
I guess the only "rubber" part would be the part on the underside of her shoes
where she walk , I dont know what you call it in english

man , I should really start thinking more about what kind of textures my characters clothes have ):
