Send my the render, or do this yourself.

Open the image / psd with the render, as long as it preserve the trasparency (drag n drop into PS to preserve transparency) and Shift + CLICK the layer with the render. Then, go to select -> contract by 1 px and CTRL SHIFT I to invert your selection (or right click and select inverse if ur using ICQ), and then delete. White line removed.

First has white line second doesnt, I used the same technique, saved me having to re-render the gun.

Try adding drop shadow, setting stroke to 1 px and black, and using bevel and emboss

Put all the "distance" "spread" "size" and "soften" to "1", then set the blend mode to overlay or soft light
