So here comes the next one, next in line.Stay as young as you can, for the longest time.
Because those days flew by, like a breeze just passing through...
Once when I was little.

This one is dedicated for all the children around the globe, who seems not to enjoy their childhood, because of poverty & human trafficking , broken family, and child abuse, they work hard to earn money for their family.
I am certainly inspired doing this piece. I only draw the line art for a certain period of time. I draw the line art every dusk (sunset), in our azotea(terrace) while listening to music and looking at the orange-ish skies.

On another note, the scene does make one sad. BUT...the smile on the boy's face comforts the audience, because he REALLY IS having fun (even just for that instance) despite what is going on in the adult world. Galing talaga tol. I am deeply moved. "Papanuorin kita."

Makes sense. Don't worry, I'm coming up with conceptual art among other things in the future. I want to be versatile as much as possible. The majority of people on here are constantly drawing celebs. I'm not saying that I am through with celebrity portraits, because I do enjoy it. It's just that I want to stand out and grow as an artist.

It's pure love as you were able to incorporate your chosen work atmosphere into your art. The bike wheel, the stick, the tsinelas in the arm, the bare earth underneath, and the smile that encompasses every young Pinoy's enjoyment.

reminds me of my childhood... back when i stayed with my gramps in the province.. only the wheel was my uncle's mountain bike's, and i would continue running even after the wheel stops turning...
i was being chased by uncle... hahaha..

I love this piece so much! It really shows the idea of childhood so well. And the message too... I feel like I took my childhood for granted. I wish I could do something more to help children who aren't as fortunate.
