This is very amazing, the colors are very good choices of dark and light and i love that you added some animals that was a very nice touch and the WHOLE tree idea is amazing, that sky is a brilliant color and the bottom is like a sketch pad.... I LOVE IT very nice job (pats back)

I remember this piece when I started designing a year ago, this was one of the few pieces that inspired me to start designing.. (along with jericos work, the big head with the city on it and clouds)..
Though I will never ever forget this piece its one of the first pieces that really made me jawdrop.
I really love the concept aswell. keep up the great work and keep inspiring people!

if you look closely you can see the first half of the tree is a stock the upper half is drawn.. The animals also look like stocks but Im not sure..
Its a mixture of stock and tbalet drawing anyway.
This is also one of my favourite pieces all time.. xD

Ironically pencils come from trees and endanger the very rare HB tree (Even rarer are the H2 - H-6 sub species)
So to save trees the government is begging that we illustrators please stop using pencils and use garden hoses instead filled with diesel and dolphin guts...

I absolutely love the idea behind this piece and its execution. You are a superb artist. The detail and realism in the depiction of the animals is breathtaking.
The whole image just really resonates with me. I love how you convey such a simple truth about the vital role of nature and trees in life and creativity.
