After all this time, I finally decided to make a decent tutorial!
Many people like my chibis, so I thought it'd be interesting to show you how I do them.
Once again, I really recommend finding your own style! These are some tips I'm giving you so that you can try and experiment to find the style you feel more comfortable with. Try other tutorials too, that's how I found mine :3

I actually tried my own rendition of this... www.furaffinity.net/full/15761… and I am so happy with how it came out; this is actually an amazing style of shading; on more than just chibis too; I really enjoy it and like it much more thann my usual way of shading. Thank you for this.

It's just a matter of practice, don't worry. It took a lot of time to get to my chibi style, don't rush

Aww thank you! :'3 but it's all about practice! I had to draw, draw and draw until I learned how to do my chibis properly! If you don't believe me, you can see my old drawings from 2010 x'D
What I'm trying to say is that you can't give up if you see really good art, you just have to get inspired by it and think that you'll be able to do it some day! <3

yea i know your right, i always say this to some watchers, who see me as an idol, too.
well i just drawing since 3 years so i think that i can be satisfied with my art skills and somethimes I am but, well mostly not .-. especially my chibis xD
But i will never stop practising, drawing is my biggest hobby and as a Trainee graphic designer (i hope that's correct) i always need to be creative and to draw :3
Oh and i want to aplogize for my bad english, I'm from germany so my english is not the best :3

SAI has always been a little confusing to me. I am hoping some of your posts in the tutorial will take away some of the mystery.

SAI is very easy to use when you get used to it! It works just like any other program, but has great tools and it gives a very soft and nice touch to your drawings ^-^ I hope you get the hang of it soon!

I should probably start by replacing my tablet. VisTablet is mre designed for office use rather than Art. I notie it skips a lot on SAI, even with new batteries.

I think so. I can afford to purchase the SAI, though I know I can get it for free. Still I would prefer to purchase if anything for tutorial and brush upgrades.

The free version also has brush upgrades, it has basically everything the original one does. Just saying! I still had to pay for it last year but that was because I got a job and stuff
