As I promised, an step by step version of

It's done in an A3 sized paper, quite thick and a little yellow-ish

First I just drew the sketch with pencil, and the lineart with thin markers (for details, like scales) and thick ones for more contrast

All the rest is coloured with colour pencils, except for the eyes, in which I used Copic markers too for a better effect

Then I scanned it twice (like, once for the top half and another one for the bottom one) and put it together.
I adjusted contrast, colour balance and all stuff, darkened his skin and added textures

Done with:
- Pencil, Thin markers 0.1 , 0.4 (lineart), colourpencils and Copic markers (colouring)
- Wacom "Bamboo Fun & Touch" tablet
- Paint Tool SAI (repairing)
