Description I've had a few questions reguarding the best (well not quite - but my way) of producing leather pieces.

I've taken the view that though there are some good tutorilas out there covering specific details there isn't one starting from the ground up so I hope that this is of some value.

This is the first of a set of tutorials that will cover the basics of leather work that will follow my current projects through from start to finish.

This tutorial covers most of the relavent tools and their basic functions, plus a few notes on kit selection.
