I love shooting thunderstorms, we just don't get enough of them here. Does that say an 8 second shutter? How many frames did you shoot that night?

I probably shot 30 a few and only three satisfied.
Mean an exposure time of 15 seconds, but if caught thunder during the exposure, then try to control the shutter to end in 10 seconds. avoid unnecessary city light.

I want to play around with BULB mode, where the shutter stays open as long as the shutter release is held. Then I'd need a remote release to not jostle the camera, but it could be worth it.
