This illustration is for a 2 page spread in a realtor magazine. The client requested a woman in a fast food restaurant drive-thru reaching from her car window to receive a bag shaped as a house. The house shaped bag needed to overflow with a swimming pool and palm trees. The client requested the golden color palette.Related content

It's been a while since this project. Let me think... Perhaps realtors were making house buying as easy as buying a drive thru meal. This was made before the recession.

I think what I love most- beyond the beautiful style and color treatment- is the snide jab at the so called "American Dream". Which that irony, I'm guessing, was totally lost on the client. I think its brilliant. Well done and congrats on a we deserved DD.

I love the gold and Red pallet. Those colors are known to make people hungry, so it plays well with this picture. So it's like "Uh, I will never eat again!... I'm hungry" XD
