Seagulls! Fershlugginer air-rats oughtta be Uh, seagulls! Aren't they cute? This one sure is, but she's got some human charm as well. She used to have just the human charm, but it seems she wasn't quite careful enough with what she was working on, and now she's got a bit of an exotic half-and-half thing going on. That's got to be a worthwhile trade-off for having no arms...right?

Living in Duluth, I hardly need any reference art for seagulls, but it was fun looking things up anyway. Despite their "obnoxious freeloader" status, they're actually quite striking to look at. Anyway, this image has the distinction of being my first commission, for adf over on FurAffinity! I've been enjoying his assorted uploads for some time now, and it turns out he's also a pleasure to work with Fun times!

P.S. I think the best part of being a chemist would be that your day-to-day tools of the trade are also bona-fide mad scientist gear. Not a day would go by that I wasn't practicing my evil cackles in between doing actual work
